From the First Idea to the Release

After the release of “Too Late to Brake”, we quickly agreed that production of a second part should begin soon.

The basic idea for a continuation had already existed since the creation of the first part.

Now, it was time to turn that idea into a new chapter – more modern, more dynamic, and with an even stronger racing character.

Originally, the plan was to produce the second part with six songs as well. However, the large number of new ideas quickly led to a change in plans.

The six planned tracks eventually became eight songs. This allowed the second part not only to build on the first, but also to offer greater musical variety.

Musically, we wanted to maintain a style similar to the first part, while developing it into something much more modern and independent. Individual sequences and elements from the first part served as inspiration. Each song was intended to have its own character, while still fitting together with the others and working as part of a cohesive overall project. The modern racing sound was especially important, giving the second part its own musical direction.

Project leadership was once again taken over by Leon W. (DJ SILVER), together with Blue Line Music. Blue Line Music served as the label and supported the implementation of the project.

Vectro Sound Studios contributed particularly to the vocals, as well as to the processing and development of modern sounds.

Production initially began with various instrumental drafts. Based on these, lyrics were then developed and the appropriate vocal parts were created.

Several versions were recorded with different emphasis and interpretations.

The goal was to select and combine the exact passages from the different recordings that worked best for each individual song.

The collaboration with Danielle Langford and Lisa Bauer was once again just as positive as it had been during the first part. Everyone involved had a great deal of fun during the recording sessions. Both vocalists also made it clear during the production that they would immediately be on board if another continuation were to follow.

The actual planning phase, including registration and detailed preparation, began on May 1, 2026. Production itself started approximately on May 18, 2026.

The first three drafts initially presented the team with a challenge. At that point, it seemed as though the ideas were slowly running out, because too much focus had been placed on maintaining the characteristic style of the first part. At the same time, the second part was not supposed to simply feel like a repetition.

The decision was therefore made to deliberately loosen the creative boundaries and experiment more. New sounds, more modern elements, and different musical approaches were introduced without losing the connection to the first part.

This ultimately shaped the direction of the second part: new and more modern, while still unmistakably carrying the style of “Too Late to Brake”.

The goal was clear from the very beginning: to create a second part with more songs, more modernity, and a new, unforgettable listening experience – without losing the uniqueness of the first part.

This is how the logo was created

Here we show you the development of the official logo for “Too Fast to Die.” From initial sketches and ideas to various drafts and the final version, the design was created step by step throughout the creative process. The goal was to visually reflect the sound and identity of the album.

Too Fast to Die is a German music album produced in 2026.
